Desire - U2

Had this song in my head all day. I wonder what's on my mind? It's not Las Vegas or gambling. I'm surprised I couldn't find any better videos for this song. Yes, desire. It is something that I think about quite often and something that I think is quite important. Like spouses having desire for one another. And then there is the problem/question of some one having desire for some one else. It is something felt and plays on the mind; it manifest itself over time; it isn't something that just happens. Sure, sometimes things just happen, but when there is desire involved it didn't just happen; it was wanted; it was planned; it was desired.   For me, I really make a distinction about desire, almost obsessively.

Hawkmoon 269 - U2

Woke up with this song in my head. I'm really not a U2 fan, but the Rattle & Hum album is one of my all time favorites. I was first turned on to this album by one of my cousins many years ago. I like to ride my bike to this song; it has such a good beat. In fact, the whole album is good to ride the bike to. I was reviewing the lyrics this morning; not quite what I was expecting. It's kind of like an addiction; this need of your love. I wish I understood the origin of the lyrics. Non the less, I like the song and I like the album, great music.
