As usual, I have no idea why this song was in my head this morning. I've just been feeling a bit beat down and solemn and alone. This one line seems to say it, But losing everything is like the sun going down on me Here's to hoping the winter will be over soon and brighter times ahead.

Strange that I would wake up with this song. When I was still in high school I use to hang out at the local surf shop. I can remember this song from then from the Yellow Brick Road album which is actually on my Amazon wish list. That album was played a lot back then at the surf shop. I once saw Elton John at a concert in Mobile, AL. It was actually a good concert.
